BEFORE PURCHASING
Before purchasing please look at our size guide. Size guides typically vary by design. I'm happy to help you figure out what size you should order based on measurements. I cannot be responsible for lost packages, if it says it was delivered to your address I cannot refund you or remake your item. You agree to this when you place your order. I am not Amazon. Also, please be kind. I am a one woman run show, I put my heart and soul into each piece I make, and I will always do my best to make things right if something goes wrong. Lastly, THANK YOU. Your support means more to me than I can put into words, when you shop with me you are the reason I'm living my dream to make one of a kind rave clothes for amazing rave babes. I appreciate you so much, even if you don't purchase and are just looking around or interacting with me on social media.
RETURNS
Clothing items are made to order specifically for you. Because of this I do not offer refunds however I offer store credit if you contact me within 5 days after receiving your items. I’m happy to exchange items for a different size if needed (but please be sure to see the sizing chart before ordering to ensure a perfect fit) or resolve any issues involving quality, missing pieces, damage, defects etc.
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To reach out, you can contact us at shoppsicodelico@gmail.com or DM on Instagram. If your return is accepted, send your item back to the return address, and once I receive it I will issue you store credit or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
I happily offer returns in the event an item doesn't fit, to start an exchange please reach out to me so we can figure out the right size for you together. Your options for getting your new piece are 1. send the original item back to the return address (I'm happy to provide it again for you if you need it) and I will ship out the new item as soon as I receive the original in the mail OR 2. If you need the new item for a specific date and do not want to wait until I receive your return for me to make your new item, you can place a new order for the new item and I will prioritize it. Discount codes CANNOT be used for second orders that are exchanges. I will refund the discounted order to you and not the original. Please use our size chart when ordering to prevent unnecessary exchanges.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CUSTOMS
I DO NOT offer customs. You can mix and match any fabric and design on my shop by ordering the design and size you'd like and put the fabric name or description in the notes.
